WHO WE ARE
Your information. Clear answers.
Prime Drainage Services Limited is responsible for the customer information described here. Company number: 16698996.
Business address: 18 Whittle Way, Gloucester, GL3 4YZ.

Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, postcode, requested service, urgency and details of the work. Email and WhatsApp messages may also contain photographs or videos. Job and billing records contain the information needed to arrange and document the work. We do not record telephone calls.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange visits, perform agreed drainage services and issue invoices. Information needed to take steps towards a contract at your request, or carry out that contract, is used on that basis. Where accounting law requires records, the basis is our legal obligation. Optional analytics and advertising storage relies on your consent.
Who has access
Within Prime Drainage, customer records are accessed by our two directors, Ryan and Jake. We also use software providers to operate the website and manage enquiries and work: Vercel for hosting, Google for email and website measurement (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), WhatsApp for messaging, Invoice Simple for quotes and invoices, and TimeTree for job bookings. These providers process information as part of supplying their services.
Your website enquiry
The quote form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not save the form details in a website enquiry register or email them automatically. You must press send in WhatsApp to send the message to us. If you choose not to provide the required enquiry details, we cannot process the form; you can contact us directly instead.
How long we keep information
The following describes our current practice. Deleting a record from one system does not delete copies in another system or a provider’s backups.
| Records | Current retention |
|---|---|
| Earlier website enquiry records in Airtable | New collection stopped on 13 October 2026. Earlier records remain subject to our previously stated weekly deletion practice. |
| Email and WhatsApp conversations | Deleted after approximately two months. |
| Quotes and invoices in Invoice Simple | Currently kept without a scheduled deletion date. |
| Job bookings in TimeTree | Currently kept without a scheduled deletion date. |
A fixed review and deletion schedule for Invoice Simple and TimeTree records has not yet been established. This does not mean every record needs to be kept indefinitely. You can ask us to review information held about you; accounting obligations and other applicable reasons may limit deletion.
Separate retention details for survey files, hosting logs and supplier backups are still being checked. The earlier website-record deletion practice and two-month message period should not be read as applying to those separate records.
Cookies and website measurement
The website uses Google measurement tools to understand visits and advertising enquiries. Its consent controls start with analytics and advertising storage set to denied and let you accept or decline. Declining does not prevent you from contacting us.
Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage under prime_cookie_consent until you change it or clear that storage. With permission, campaign attribution is stored for the browser session under prime_lead_attribution. This may include advertising campaign parameters, a Google click identifier, landing page and referrer. We no longer attach campaign or referral details to quote-form submissions in a website enquiry register. Website measurement helps us understand marketing activity; it does not establish that you booked a job.
You can reopen the choices below to change your permission. Choosing Decline updates the consent setting and removes the session attribution stored by this website. It does not erase information already received by a provider; browser settings and your data rights are separate controls.
Google’s own use of information is explained in its privacy policy. A full browser cookie inventory and provider retention configuration are still being reviewed.
Provider processing and international transfers
The services listed above may process information outside the UK. We have not yet completed verification of the account-specific processing locations and international-transfer arrangements for every service. We therefore do not state that all information remains in the UK, or that a particular transfer safeguard applies to every provider. Contact us with questions about a particular service.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. These rights are subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.
Your right to object: you can object where information is used on the basis of legitimate interests, and to direct marketing. Contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, telephone 0303 123 1113.
